CONFLICTS

The first thing I need to know with any assignment is the name of your client's adversary. Once I learn the adversary's name, I run a conflict check to determine if I have ever represented them. Regardless of the nature of the assignment, I will not knowingly work on any case where your client has a conflict of interest with anyone I have represented.
