FEE SCHEDULE

My billing rate is $75.00 per hour. For assignments in Santa Cruz County, there is a two hour minimum. For assignments in Monterey County and Santa Clara County, there is a three hour minimum. For cases which are on contingency, I can work for a retainer fee plus a percentage of your firm's fee.
